The model comprises one intricately detailed Edit Poly object with a single texture scan measuring 8192 x 8192 pixels. This richly textured model is ideally suited for visualizing master plans as a background fill, thanks to its precise rendering of real-world features and landscape details. To effectively edit the model, I strongly advise applying the Slice modifier, which will enable you to trim the model to specific sections as desired. Note that this model is intended for use in long-distance planning scenarios only, as evident from the preview. This 3D model is compatible with various software formats, including 3ds Max 2014, OBJ, FBX, MTL, and VRay.
