Aerial Payload Basket for Quadcopters / Drones / RC Helicopters

We're a bit lazy here at H5 labs, so we found a way to use our quad-copter to deliver small items with a payload hook (check out our Thingiverse thing: 1259564) and this clever little payload basket (of course, the basket can also be used by Little Red Riding Hood for other purposes, but I'll get back on track). The basket consists of: 1. Basket base (this holds the payload) 2. Handle (you choose between a regular handle or a long one - the long one is needed to carry items as tall as soda cans) 3. 4 Pins (with clips, these attach the handle to the basket base) 4. 4 Clips (with pins, these attach the handle to the basket base) To Print: The pins and clips should be printed at 0.2mm layer height with 100% infill for extra strength. You don't need any supports or rafts for the pins and clips if you print them as oriented in the models (the pins have special features to make 3D printing easier). The basket base and handle should be printed at 0.3mm layer height with 60% infill. No supports are needed for the basket, but supports may be necessary under the rounded section of the handle if you print it in a different orientation. To assemble: The handle has multiple holes in its vertical uprights. Just choose two adjacent holes (trim them down to size if they stick below the base of the basket). Position the handle uprights on the outside of the basket base and align the desired holes with the round mounting holes on the basket base. Insert four pins (two for each side) from the inside of the basket base, so that they stick out through the base and into the handle. Attach the four clips to the grooves on the pins by sliding them in perpendicularly. Note: Using four pins/clips keeps the handle firmly in place during aerial pick-up. If you prefer a more flexible handle, just use two pins/clips instead of four.
