Aerator for 1/2" Gardena Hose Connector. Made from sturdy PLA material. Print the thread upwards for a secure fit. This aerator was printed in three precise processes: First, a nozzle of 0.4mm diameter and 40% infill rate were used to create a strong foundation. Process one: From 0-2.6mm height, layers are printed at 0.2mm thickness with four solid bottom and top layers for added support. Process two: From 2.6-17.6mm height, layers are still printed at 0.2mm thickness but with only two perimeters for reduced material usage. Process three: For the final 0.1mm layer, print with a thread upwards to secure it onto the Gardena hose connector. Simply screw the aerator onto a Gardena hose connector. Print Settings: Printer Model: Renkforce RF1000 Supports Used: No Supports Were Necessary Resolution Achieved: Between 0.1-0.2mm for High-Quality Prints Infill Percentage: 40% Ensures Structural Integrity
