This is a lightweight planter designed for orchids. Print all three components, no support required. The base component should accommodate a small overhang with sufficient flexibility. The middle section should be printed in translucent material to allow roots to receive necessary light. # Assembly Insert a sturdy cord through the center of the planter to transport water directly to the plant's core. This ensures moisture reaches where it's needed, beneath the orchid. Simply clamp the base and middle sections together securely. # Planting Plant your Phalaenopsis orchid and add the necessary substrate. Although the top section can be a bit tricky to attach to the middle part, it is designed for easy removal. If you need to repot your orchid without damaging its roots, simply remove the ring. # Care Water from the bottom up. Typically, allow the orchid to dry completely for at least 2 days before adding water again. Once a month, apply fertilizer as needed. # Customization This is my first FreeCad project. You will need FreeCad version 0.18 to open and modify the file. The spreadsheet allows you to change various parameters, including diameter and other settings. # Licensing CC0 - Available for use without restriction or licensing requirements.
