Aeon Pro Skinny Pusher

My rough design for a version of WoodstockNerf's Nexus Pro pusher for the Aeon, which was itself indirectly inspired by the Vantage Point Systems "Vanguard" pusher. Please send any tips their way. I actually designed most of it from scratch, mostly using his design as a sanity check on the dimensions. Getting the attachment point geometry right was a major pain and definitely the hardest part. I did use a smaller bore than any of his designs did, I'll upload a larger bore size if it is requested. At some point I'll upload a design drawing so you can tweak it easier. My biggest concern here is the accuracy and strength of the mounting bracket. I have provided some test files directly produced from the main file so you can check if it fits your blaster before you commit to the main print. I printed this on its side with the bracket parallel to the bed, .2 mm layer height, 100% infill, with support. I'd suggest using a smaller initial layer height since mine came out rather rough on the bottom, you should probably use a brim or raft if you do that. Be prepared to do some sanding on the bottom surface. I printed mine with PLA since that's all I have to hand right now, this model has not been tested particularly well yet, I would advise keeping the original breech on hand in case this part fails. EDIT: Whoops, uploaded the wrong version of the test STLs. those were way lower quality, I blame my CAD software. Fixed now. UPDATE 2: Uploaded a version with a larger bore, based on WoodstockNerf's feedback. and one without the bore, so you can make your own. UPDATE 3: I'm such a dingus!!! wrong files uploaded, again... hopefully someone finds those .ipt files useful, uploaded .stl versions. My bad!!!
