AEM Wideband Gauge sun visor

AEM Wideband Gauge sun visor

This is a simple slip-fit sun visor designed specifically for an AEM Wideband / Failsafe gauge. However, it will fit seamlessly over any cylinder due to its universal design. My gauge measures 60.5mm in diameter, so I sized this visor to approximately 59.5mm to ensure a snug fit without being overly tight. It's still slightly loose, allowing for some flexibility and protection against external knocks that might dislodge it. The visor remains firmly in place even during windy conditions or lateral G-forces, as I've personally tested it. To scale this design for use with other gauges: 1. Measure the outer diameter of your gauge in millimeters. 2. Divide your measurement by 60.5 to determine the scaling factor. 3. Scale the print exactly according to that factor. For instance, if your gauge measures 75mm across, calculate 75 divided by 60.5, which equals 1.157. To accommodate this, scale the print to 115.7% for a precise fit.
