AEM Gauge A-Pillar Gauge Mount

This is an adapter plate for mounting any 2-1/16" AFR gauge on my 1978 Chevy C10's A-pillar. It was custom-made to fit my truck but can be adapted for use with other vehicles too. The gauge ring is fully adjustable, allowing you to position it according to your specific setup. The adapter plate requires a single 3mm bolt that's approximately 20mm long. You may need to modify the bolt slightly using a file to get it to fit properly. This mounting kit consists of three parts: the base, the gauge ring, and the retention bar. First, secure the ring to the base with the 3mm bolt, making sure not to overtighten it yet. Then, attach the assembly to your A-pillar and adjust it to the desired angle. Once you're satisfied with the positioning, torque down the bolt securely. Next, mark the location where you want to mount the base on your A-pillar and drill the necessary holes. Finally, screw in the base and secure your gauge using the retention bar as intended.
