This is an upgraded version of the popular Aegis face shield for COVID-19 protection. To optimize production efficiency, I filled in the hollow space to enable simultaneous printing of multiple units stacked together. This allows makers to save time and reduce downtime by minimizing printer switching. The space between each unit measures .25mm, so you'll need to adjust your slicing settings accordingly. If you use a layer height other than this, it might not produce optimal results. To ensure seamless printing, test your settings with a smaller stack before moving on to larger ones. To streamline the production process and conserve materials, the top unit in each stack retains the original Aegis faceshield design.
