AEG replacement broom wheel vacuum cleaner

The worn wheels were no longer reliable. So, I created new wheels from scratch. In my initial approach, I built them exactly like the originals. However, they frequently fell off the broom, prompting me to explore an alternative design. Next, I separated the axle and wheel into distinct components. The axle itself remained stationary, while the wheel spun freely around it. This configuration prevented the issues that plagued the original wheels. The new wheel design features two separate parts: a disk and a hub. To assemble them, I had to glue the disk onto the hub. By doing so, I could print the components without relying on any support structures.
