Hi! Here's a wheel for dishwasher water circulation pump, designed specifically for the ACC EB085d25/2t pump. The AEG part number is 1113196008, replacing 1110996905. The wheel was printed using PETG with a 100% infill and 0.2mm layer thickness, ensuring excellent adhesion and surface quality. Printing speed was controlled at 800mm/min to achieve the best possible results. No threading is required on the wheel; simply turn it until the end of the wheel tube meets the plastic flange on the motor shaft. Make sure to unplug the dishwasher from power before starting any repairs! For easier access, turn the washer over and position it so that the left side faces down. Remove the bottom plastic plate by releasing a few locking levers. Drain all water out first to prevent any further complications. A few key points to keep in mind: Test-fit the plastic flange on the motor shaft into the wheel's shaft hole. If necessary, sand the wheel shaft to ensure a smooth fit. Be aware that there is an unthreaded section on the motor shaft before the flange surface; check that the hole on the wheel shaft isn't too tight and use a drill bit to create clearance if needed. Once the wheel is securely tightened onto the shaft, verify that the spring-loaded plastic seal is properly seated against the seal surface on the housing flange. If it's not aligned correctly, don't over-tighten – instead, shorten the shaft length of the wheel as required. Run a few test cycles with the side cover open to check for any leaks.
