Yeah, very over-engineered, but I wanted it not to move and strong. Looks like it will hold way more than 1kg, haha. Printed the shaft so far, which is a very snug fit, and fits perfectly. Works amazingly well due to the center of rolls being different; I made the peg smaller and added sleeves to increase the diameter of the peg if the rolls are bigger. Also added a washer for the peg and medium sleeve to stop the rolls from rubbing against the body of the machine. If you saw the original filament guide, I changed it for stability's sake. Finally, I made the peg longer as someone had an issue with their roll width being 80 mm wide. I use a filament dust filter after the guide too. Didn't think I could make my design better, but it's perfect for me now. Excuse the pink; that was what I had on hand. Ok Update Found a SCAD spool adapter and decided to get rid of the pink and incorporate it into my design, which meant redesigning the shaft with a nut. The nut is a little loose as I always battle to get tolerances right with nuts and bolts. You can use it with an existing shaft, but I wanted to get rid of the pink so I reprinted and changed it up. Guide bar more sturdy too.
