Adventurer 3 Glass Bed Clips
thingiverse
These clips work with a 165x165mm glass bed for the Adventurer 3. They are designed to wedge the glass in place on top of the heated metal plate, but not clamp the glass. After 4 iterations I believe these work to hold the glass without depressing the metal plate. You need to print 3 of the long clips, one for the left side and two for the back. Print two of the short clips for the right side, and leave a gap in the middle for the fan shroud as it will interfere with 9 point calibration if you don't. One front clip which fits the roughly 3mm glass plate I'm using in the top slot and clips to lock the plate in. Once positioned properly my plate doesn't move. I would suggest printing in PETG or preferably ABS so they don't deform over time due to the heated bed. I print these with a .18 layer height and 100% infill. No supports needed. Keep in mind to first run a full 9 point calibration with the regular build plate and raise each point by a good 2.5mm before adding the glass plate and running calibrations or you risk driving your nozzle into the glass.
