Adventure Time Card Wars Deck Box
thingiverse
Card Wars storage can be challenging due to larger landscape tiles, but this design turns them into a lid and secures everything together with a thick rubber band. Two decks + landscape tiles are held in place, along with storage space under each deck for storing damage tokens or dice - eight 16mm dice on each side. The deck box is also stackable and can be secured by multiple boxes with just one rubber band. Note: This design is suitable for un-sleeved cards; if you use sleeves, you'll need to scale it up, possibly by 5%. Let me know if you try it. This design was created in Onshape at https://cad.onshape.com/documents/e845a62bc91cf0a55e13c88f/w/cc063f5de2d2135bf24ba29f/e/e7e8fccfd0cfa07564c2a289. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 5 - 8% Notes: I've printed this in both PLA and PETG, but it can warp easily so keep the bed hot. Additionally, two small supports under the edges of the rubber band channel are recommended to prevent bridging issues.
