These muzzles all press-fit into the 19mm muzzle hole on Adventure Force Aeon Aro and Nexus Pro blasters. Sanding may help with getting a good fit. The Aeon Pro has the advantage of less barrel dead-space when launching Mega and MegaXL darts. I recommend the SlowTwist SCAR for a stock Aeon, the other SCAR has a faster twist rate that may work better for mods with higher muzzle velocity. The SCAR muzzle imparts spin to a short dart and also has holes that vent the air blast for better dart stability as the dart leaves the muzzle. The rifling has a slight increase in twist rate from beginning to end, be sure to insert so the end that is closer to the vent holes is facing out from the blaster. If you find the rifling seems too tight, I recommend slightly reducing flow rate on your printer to get a looser fit. All muzzles are to be printed with a brim, with the end that inserts into the blaster on the build plate. The Mega muzzle needs support around the 19mm portion to hold up the rest.
