Advent Calendar Cookie Cutter Set

This is a cookie cutter set for baking Advent calendars for Christmas. Cut, bake and ice the biscuits. When the icing is dry, sandwich an ice cream stick between the face and the number biscuit. When the icing is dry again, pop the biscuits into cellophane packets and string on colourful yarn. If you have small children and don't like the idea of a small stick, another option is to simply pop the 2 individual biscuits into cellophane packets, instead of sandwiching an ice cream stick between them. Day 10 and day 19 both use the same face biscuit cutter, so I've uploaded a blank triangle along with the Day 19 cutter, which you can use to ice your own designs. I've uploaded the triangular cutters for days 1, 6, 11, 16 and 21 at the end in case you don't want to use the special shaped cutters for these days. Obviously, you don't have to stick with my order for the face cutters. Have fun, be blessed and please upload pictures of your Advent calendars. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Ecksbot ZA Resolution: 0.25mm layer height Infill: 100% Notes: My printer has a 0.5mm nozzle and I prefer to use Slic3r 0.9.9.dev with the config file I have uploaded, as the blade prints as a single extrusion, which keeps the cookie cutter strong and the blade does not delaminate, like it sometimes does, if it is printed as 2 thinner walls. Post-Printing As the plastic cools in the corners it sometimes contracts and makes "high spots". If you place the cookie cutter on a marble slab, you can see light between the slab and the blade, because of these "high spots". If this happens I use 600 grit water paper on a piece of glass to sand the "high spots" back. How I Designed This I use the Cookie Cutter generator by Guru to generate the individual components of the various cookie cutters. I use Netfabb Basic to position all the individual pieces of the cookie cutter and save them in their new positions. I use Pronteface to compose the individual pieces and then export a single composite STL. I use Netfabb Azure cloud service to repair the cookie cutter.
