Latest update: one blade broke in the middle at 125 VDC no-load test (wind gusts >20 m/s). Lesson learned: please, do not let the turbine unloaded!:) Fully functioning new concept horizontal axis wind turbine (50 W nominal at 12 m/s winds, 50-100 VDC depending on winding wiring), printable with 200x200x200 mm volume 3D printers: - Includes assembly manual, intuitive assembly, takes 24-48 working hours to make depending on your 3d printer capabilities. - 3D-Print all parts yourself with PC (black, white), cover with UV&water lacquer. - NEMA23 steppers used for power generation, various pole connection possibilities for higher voltage/current. - All numbers are calculation-based, turbine is designed for compact spaces, tested at ~6-8 m/s (we still wait for faster winds to make more measurements and post them here:). - Use for lighting, battery charging or other small power applications. - For questions refer to info@dukubu.lt.
