
Adustable BL-Touch and Endoscope Mount for the Hydra Duct System (designed for the CR10S Pro with Microswiss) With STEP file

This is an adjustable BL-Touch mount and endoscope mount which I designed for my Remix of BoothyBoothy's awesome Hydra Fan Duct System (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4062242). My remix is for my printer which is a CR10S Pro with a Microswiss hot end (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4640040), so this mount was designed with the dimensions for my printer and Hydra remix in mind. However, since the design is pretty simple, I think it may fit other printers as well. To see if it will work with a printer, check that the distance between the center of the lower fan mounting screw and the tip of the nozzle will have enough clearance for the endoscope mount (see the pic for the dimensions). Note that the endoscope will poke out several mm from the end as well and there should be a few mm of extra clearance so it does not hit anything. The STEP file is included and it should be easy to modify the endoscope mount up or down several mm as needed (and if you do that, please post a remix). Update 2-1-2022: I added another model of the mount which has a tighter inside diameter )Hydra_CR10S_Pro_Remix-D27-BL-Touch-ENDO-1H-FAN-MOUNT-TIGHTER.stl), which may help hold the endoscope better. Be careful if using this however, since the endoscope head seems to have a thin wall, so be careful and if it is too tight, don't force it. It may be better to use the original version with some tape to take up any looseness in the mount. I had to use some tape around one end of the endoscope to help keep it locked in place (using the original version also posted). I think this tighter model may work as well as tape though (but again it is not tested). Additionally, the LED has failed on my endoscope, so I'm planning to make another model which will hold a small LED to help illuminate the nozzle better without relying on the LED in the endoscope.
