ADU Calcining (part one)
sketchfab
Ahh, Uranium mining is where it's at! Some of the most incredible circuits can be found in uranium processing facilities. This highly detailed model showcases an Ammonium Diuranate (ADU) and Calcining Plant, two crucial intermediates for nuclear fuel production. The plant uses ADU and calcined uranium oxides (UO3) to produce some of the world's leading nuclear fuels. As part of a flyover video for one of the largest uranium-only plants on the planet, this 3D model made its mark as one of my first major projects, and it was definitely the biggest challenge I'd taken on yet.
