These are designed for and verified with the case here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1815268 but it should also mount to any of the designs that case was remixed from. I wanted a compact solution to attach an ADSB SDR to the side of a Pi 4 case. These designs utilize the existing mounting holes and fasteners so that no new hardware is needed to attach to the case. Only an SMA nut is needed to hold the SDR in place. Air vent routes were created that align with the case vents, so that airflow from the fan passes over the SDR case and helps keep the SDR cool. Note that there is a correct orientation for the SDRs. They are not symmetric. The SMA connector is offset, and care must be taken to insert it the proper way or else it will not line up. I printed this on a resin printer. It should be possible to print this on an FDM printer too, as long as it's reasonably well calibrated. There is approx 0.2mm clearance on all surfaces. There is no integral way to hold the SDR in place. A nut for SMA should be used for attachment. These are readily available from many electronics parts providers, or alternatively you can order some cheap SMA connectors on Amazon that include the nut. Update 1: Added a version for the orange FlightAware SDR. There will be a future version for an orange FlightAware SDR board by itself (removed from the orange case). Update 2: Added a version for the FlightAware SDR board by itself (open up the plastic case and use only the circuit board inside).
