ADKS - Ender 3 Rear Case v1
thingiverse
**Update - 4 September 2020** Any help would be very appreciated. Dear Users, I am writing to ask for your support with a tip - if possible - to help me in a tough time. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I lost my job as a freelance consultant for engineering companies. It's extremely difficult to find a job here in Italy, so thank you for your support. Any help would be very appreciated and helpful for my cause. I really love designing and 3D printing, which I practice as a hobby. I'm incredibly happy to see how some of my projects are particularly popular on these online platforms. My designs will never be for sale; I believe in sharing and will never ask for a mandatory fee to download them. I hope to soon have the serenity to get back to being active on this and other platforms to update projects with new and interesting ideas. The attached STL files are an improved version of the design shown in the pictures. The separate hole for the heated bed cable was deleted to improve internal airflow with different cable management. Since the previously printed version works great, I don't need to re-print it now, so sorry for the slight differences. For Standard Ender 3 Owners: The design is for the Ender 3 Pro with a 4040 Aluminum Y-axis profile and a different Y motor position, but it should be also compatible with a standard Ender 3. Due to the connector position, rotating the Z motor 90 degrees counterclockwise may be helpful (see picture attached). You will find two different options for the lid: a) 4010 fan version (stock fan or replacement part whit similar dimensions) b) 4020 fan version (in case of 24v 4020 direct replacement fan. In this case, supports are necessary) Enjoy Let's create stuff! Nio
