Adjusted insert for retractable utility knife

What's up:\n\nI'm sharing my modified version of a Retractable Razor Blade Utility Knife insert, tailored to fit Standard Stanley blades.\n\nNote: This is just the insert; you'll still need the holder (female part) from the source thing.\n\nYou can download the STL file directly here: Blade_Female_v4.stl If this doesn't make sense, maybe printing blade-holding things isn't the best idea anyway.\n\nHere's what happened:\n\nI liked cwillis75's original design but had issues getting my razor blade to fit properly in the insert. This was surprising since these dimensions should be standard. I also experienced the same problem with the Talon V2 knife insert, so I decided to try and fix it.\n\nHow I modified it:\n\nI loaded the STL file into MeshMixer and found it had way too many triangles - over 14,000! So, I remeshed it down to just 500 triangles and reduced the file size from 700kb to 32kb. Then, I shifted both blade retainer tabs by 1mm and exported that.\n\nWhen I printed the new insert, I discovered the push button's tolerance was too small - even a tiny bit of elephant foot on the print made it one piece that had to be cut loose. Also, I thought the button effort was way too high, so I loaded the STL into Fusion 360 and made the cutout around the button larger.\n\nI also shrunk the keychain cutout to give more thickness in that area and dropped the button spring's thickness from 1.9mm to 1mm. This new version printed out great, and superbenk was happy with it too after printing it and posting his make on the original.
