Prusa sent out two types of filament holders for the XL. The original filament roller model was made so that the screw that came with the 1st filament holder could be used. However, the screw that came with the second filament holder is much smaller and therefore is not long enough to go through the base tube to attach to the printer. Because of that, I shortened the tube so that this screw will be able to be used successfully.
