Adjustable Z-stop activator
thingiverse
To create an adjustable z-endstop holder, we considered Tommyc's Z-stop companion as a simpler solution and tailored the design to our printers. To mount the activator, you may need extra length on the X-axis smooth rods. Additionally, we removed the trigger arms on the mechanical endstop since they tend to bend, causing inconsistent triggering points. The Z-stop activator now hits the trigger instead of the arm. For hardware, you will need: - x1 M3 40mm self-tapping screws (SHCS) - x2 M3 12mm SHCS - x3 M3 nuts - x2 M3 washers - x1-2 springs
