Adjustable z-axis stabilizer
prusaprinters
Since I have extended my Kywoo3D Tycoon Max to 45 cm print height, I wanted an adjustable Z-axis stabilizer and made this one.Part 1 and 2 fit most printers. I created an extra one for the unmodified Kywoo3D Tycoon, but didn't test it myself.Part 1 works for both versions.2x M3x82x M3 t-nuts2x M3x162x M3 nuts1x 608 ZZ ball bearingWhen attaching, it is recommended to set the hotend to the highest possible position and then adjust the Z-Stabilizer and screw tight. Otherwise, you could bend your threaded spindle when printing!I'm always open to comments for improvement!Print SettingsRafts:Doesn't MatterSupports: Doesn't MatterResolution:0.2Infill: 15Filament: NEXBERG ASA Black Notes: At the moment I print a lot in ASA (0.6 nozzle), so I also printed this part, but it can also be printed in PETG. The 608 zz ball bearing goes in a little tight to keep it in place, maybe use a little grease. If there are any stability issues with PETG, just write a comment and I will change the bearing hole size by 0.1-0.2 mm. Category: 3D Printer Parts
