Adjustable Y Endstop for Wanhao i3 Duplicator v2.1
thingiverse
I've upgraded my 3D printer by expanding its Y dimension and had to shift the Y-endstop backward by 20mm. This endstop can now be used to add 5mm, 10mm, 15mm or 20mm to your bed's movement. First, print the modified bracket, then use a 3mm drill bit to go through the larger holes and a 1.5mm drill bit for the two microswitch mounting holes. Replace the standard bracket with this one using the original bolts to self-tap and secure the microswitch, and attach it to the frame with two M3 12mm screws, washers, and bolts. You may need to carefully bend the microswitch connectors to fit the frame - as I did. For detailed mounting instructions, refer to the pictures, which show my bracket mounted 20mm back from its original position.
