This is a printable version of the standard adjustable weight set that you can buy almost anywhere. This set of weights have been developed for 3dprinting, and can be used as a tool for rehabilitation patients which demand lower weight tools, and or need fine adjustment (down to 50 grams variation achievable)This set is aimed to weigh approx 1kg when put together. (2x250+2x100+2x50+2x25+1x150=1000)This Thing was made in i collaboration with:Behnam Liaghat, Research Unit for Musculoskeletal Function and Physiotherapy, Department of Sports Science and Clinical Biomechanics, University of Southern Denmark, Odense, Denmark. bliaghat@health.sdu.dkMads Nygaard, Fablab UCL, UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole, Odense, Denmark. many@ucl.dkMost important in these prints is to try and hit the right weight. This is done primarily by adjusting the INFILL setting and keeping an eye out for Cura's weight estimation, which is pretty good +-1gram, at least this works fine on the ultimaker2+.It also very important that you adjust the INFILL to hit the weight before you add on SUPPORT / RAFT settings as this will make you miss the weight target. Just set the INFILL and add SUPPORT / RAFT later. The Weights: 50Grams, 100Grams, 250Grams, Nut (25grams), with NO SUPPORT and NO RAFT.The handle: Grip, Rod (2x), Thread (2x). Print together, aim for 150grams total for the 5 parts. INFILL TO WEIGHT RATIOThe Weights: 50Grams, 100Grams, 250Grams, Nut (25grams)The handle: Grip, Rod (2x), Thread (2x)Category: Hand Tools
