This tripod is designed to be adjustable, and you can mount it with a phone holder like this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1083987. To print it out, you'll need to make the base and three of the legs. I printed mine at 0.3mm layer height using PLA on my Robo 3D printer, and they came out pretty quickly without needing any support material. I used #8 screws that are a half inch long, as well as three extension springs that are 3 and a quarter inches long by seven eighths of an inch wide. The springs just clip onto the legs to hold the wedge in place, while the screws and bolts keep the leg attached to the base.
