Adjustable torch clamp

Adjustable torch clamp

Summary Printed with Flashforge Dreamer using standard ABS settings from Flashprint, with an extruder temperature of 220 and a plate temperature of 105. All parts were printed simultaneously without a raft or brim, but automatic supports were used, although it's unclear if they were truly necessary. The 3D print was dimensionally accurate to the model, yet the swivel section began to lift off the bed, resulting in a slightly warped appearance. The nuts and bolts utilized were randomly selected from a collection, therefore it's crucial to verify their sizes before printing this design. Additionally, with a 15% infill, the clamp is relatively weak and tends to open up as the clamping screw is tightened. This issue has been addressed by updating the design to incorporate standard machine screws and nuts. The linkage and torch clamp employ an M4 machine screw and nut, whereas the clamping bolt uses an M6 bolt and nut.
