Strong and Adjustable Belt Tensioner Clip. This clip is designed for belts with a 5mm spacing pitch. Note that these clips are only suitable for timing belts where the teeth point into this grip. There's a small gap underneath to minimize bending, as these clips are screwed down tightly. This gap is printed in 3D at the top. I recommend printing with 50% infill and a layer height of 0.1mm for maximum strength. The "Single Bolt Timing Belt Tensioner Easy More Adjust Stronger.stl" file is specifically designed for my Protomaker Black Sprint Original 3D Printer, which uses a single bolt. These clips have grooves to accommodate the thickness of the timing belt and indents for the 5mm pitch teeth. Note that only the "Single Bolt Timing Belt Tensioner Easy More Adjust Stronger.stl" file is designed with a single bolt, while the others are intended for use with two bolts. These adjustable clips feature a slot for the bolts to allow for some give before final tightening. This makes it easier to adjust the timing belt tension as needed. My 3D printer uses belts with a 5mm pitch. Note that "Timing_Belt_Tensioner_Easy_More_Adjust_Stronger.stl" may require supports due to the space for bolt heads, and longer bolts might be necessary. The "no supports" version won't need supports but will require longer bolts due to this design choice.
