Adjustable strap for Belus Mask fitter

Adjustable strap for Belus Mask fitter

I designed an adjustable strap for the mask fitter generated from the Belus 3D app that solves the issues I had with rubber bands. They were uncomfortable and took too long to put on and remove, often not staying in place as desired. Once sized, the fitter can be quickly put on and removed using this strap with one hand, eliminating the hassle of dealing with rubber bands. Additionally, you can adjust the tightness of the strap to prevent fogging of glasses over the mask. To print the adjustable strap, I recommend using a flexible filament like TPU with a 0.2 mm layer height and 30% infill. After adjusting it to your desired length, simply cut off the excess material in front of the hook for a clean finish.
