This ensures a stable and secure bearing system, eliminating wobble and premature release. A thoughtful design feature keeps the nut in place within the molded frame, eliminating the need for wrenches or reaching. April 1st, 2017 - Version 2.5 uploaded with refined editing for improved performance and reduced weight. Carriage bolt holes were subtly adjusted to achieve a nearly perfect belt path. Additionally, a slot was added at the bottom to enhance airflow from the parts blower, facilitating efficient air escape. Minor adjustments were made to optimize overall design. The original Max Micron X carriage underwent significant remodeling to incorporate an adjustable end stop and elevated mounting, increasing buildable height by a few millimeters. This strategic design change yielded a straighter belt path, significantly enhancing print quality. To complete this upgrade, add a nut and bolt or screw, securing it firmly in place with adhesive for added stability.
