thingiverse
This spool holder saves valuable space on top of the BIv2.5 printer. The delta printer can accommodate up to three extruders, which allows users to install three spool holders at different corners. The efficient bearings enable filament tensioning by removing the cap in the middle of the spool. Moreover, this versatile spool holder adjusts seamlessly to filaments of varying widths and heights. **Installation Instructions** You will need the following parts: * 2x 608ZZ bearings (each priced at 50 cents on Ebay or Amazon) * A 1/4" thread rod valued at $3 from Home Depot * 12x nuts and flats available for a few cents at Home Depot * A metal saw To assemble this spool holder, follow these steps: 1. Print the necessary parts in PLA or ABS with 100% scaling: two bearing supports (rotated 180 degrees), two bottom supports, and one plate support. The middle caps are optional and may need scale adjustment for different filament types. 2.
