prusaprinters
UPDATE: based on the comments I have adjusted parts dimensions to have the proper components fitting.Let me give credits for inspiration to Necko who designed holders and wheels for 608Z bearings: https://www.printables.com/model/32949-adjustable-spool-holder-update.Necko quoted: “This is an upgade using ball bearings to the original adjustable spool holder for the Prusa MK3S enclosure ( https://www.printables.com/model/17-original-prusa-i3-mk3-enclosure-ikea-lack-table-pr ). They fit right into the original part, replacing the plastic bearings, so you do not need to reprint anything.”My desing is dedicated to 625ZZ bearings. For one bearing wheel two 625ZZ bearings to be used. For one spool holder in total qty. of 8 625ZZ bearings is needed. In case of more loose fit needed let me know I will model such one as well.Tip:To improve smooth rotation if needed: after firm assembly if you fill not smooth rotation try to catch opposite locker parts and pull outside up to the point you reach desired smoothness of rotation. My printing settings:Material: PETG Prusament orangeInfill: 10%No supportslayer height: 0.2 mm
