Adjustable Smartphone Stand (Fully printable, no supports)

I wanted to create a folding smartphone stand that was adjustable and fully printable without support, requiring no assembly at all. My design goals were clear: Adjustable reading angles that meet the user's needs. The stand should be fully printable with no need for additional hardware or parts, ensuring it remains intact during travel. No supports are necessary, making it easy to print. It should feel strong yet require minimal plastic use. I've designed it to be sturdy in the hand and adjustable with a sure-footed stance. To prevent slipping on surfaces, stick-on rubber feet were added to the bottom. Note: Slic3r is recommended for this model, as Cura may cause bonding issues between top and bottom parts. Using the same settings didn't resolve the issue for me, but others may have better luck. This problem has been observed in other models (bonding walls separated by less than 1mm) with Cura but not Slic3r. I've since improved clearances to make it easier to print without issues. The parts should move freely almost immediately after printing, eliminating the need for snapping them apart. This update has resolved the Cura problem, and the stand prints just fine now. Print Settings: Printer: FLUX 3D Delta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Carefully open the stand for the first time to avoid any damage. If something does break, increase the infill percentage. I've found that a resolution of 0.2mm works well, while 0.3mm is acceptable but may require more force to open and operate initially.
