Adjustable shower head bracket
thingiverse
I've finally completed printing the model and installed it, but I had to swap out the lever_skrew. Now everything fits perfectly together. My shower bracket has broken off... what a disaster! So I headed straight back into CAD to rebuild it. The result turned out really well, which is why I'm sharing it with you now. You can print all the Chrome parts using PLA / PETG / ABS, but the black part must be made of TPU / Flex filament. The best choice is definitely TPU with a hardness rating of 95a. Additionally, you'll need a screw that's 20mm long and between 4 or 5 mm thick. The hole for the screw in the CAD model is 3mm large, so it fits snugly. On picture 3, I've drawn out the most important dimensions, so make sure your shower head and rod fit the CAD model before you print it. My rod has a circumference of 70mm, but because of the rubber part, it could also be slightly smaller or thicker. The shower head holder is 25 mm in diameter, while the middle part (without the gum) measures 29 mm. The black rubber part is 23.5 mm, and the screw for the head holder needs to be 20mm x 4mm. I hope you like it, and I wish you good luck if you're searching for this part!
