To accommodate multiple wide spools, I replaced the "Filler_Roller_EZ_Print.obj" with a roller featuring recesses for the clamp, stop that slides on the roller, and clamp to keep the stop in place.\r\n\r\nAll other components remain unchanged - please download them from thing:3732566 if needed.\r\n\r\nThis means users who have already printed this roller only need to print these 3 parts - no further action is required.\r\n\r\nI printed the main body at 100% infill, while all other parts were printed with 15% infill.\r\nThe roller requires support regardless of printing orientation; I printed mine upright as suggested by sneakyninjapants.\r\nThe stop will not need any supports if printed upright, but the clamp might benefit from a brim.\r\n\r\nAfter printing and cleaning the parts, slide the stop over the roller with the smaller diameter first. Next, insert a suitable FillerRollerPlug into the hole and bearings on both ends. Then replace the Filler_Roller_EZ assembly with this new setup, ensuring the movable stop is aligned off-center.\r\n\r\nTo adjust for a specific spool, place the spool on the roller, move the stop to its narrowest position for the spool, and then set the clamp into the next visible recess. To change - simply remove the clamp and repeat the process. This can be done without tools or disassembly.\r\n\r\nOne final note: I highly recommend printing multiple clamps. Inevitably, one will go missing at an inopportune moment, but having a spare on hand saves time and frustration. Alternatively, print one and use it as a template to create your own from paperclips - it's a simple solution.\r\n\r\nI'd like to thank sneakyninjapants, HugoHuge, mjoaris, and kellerjesse for their input and contributions.
