Adjustable Razor
thingiverse
Hi. My personal razor for every day. My friends are joking that I bought the 3D printer just to print this razor. The razor is adjustable and requires two metallic parts: one coil spring 7,5x35,8x0,7 mm or similar, and one countersunk screw DIN963 5x40 mm or similar. Optionally, you can use two hexagonal nuts to adjust the centre of gravity (see figure [04](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/1d/df/9a/23/f4/featured_preview_Brasna4ka_v3_Expl.png) and [05](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/d7/29/01/7d/2a/featured_preview_Rasierer_Schnitt_v3.png)). To ensure correct position of the scale, follow these steps: first, make sure the mark on the Handel_M5.stl, Comb_plate.stl, and Cover_plate.stl are in line and oriented at the same side (see figure [07](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/52/35/9d/89/e5/featured_preview_Setup.png)). Next, ensure all parts including razor blade are in the right order (see figure [04](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/1d/df/9a/23/f4/featured_preview_Brasna4ka_v3_Expl.png) and [05](https://cdn.thingiverse.com/assets/d7/29/01/7d/2a/featured_preview_Rasierer_Schnitt_v3.png)) and the three markings are aligned. This may require adjustment of the screw orientation slightly. Then, fix the screw with epoxy glue at the cover plate and let it fully cure before use. If you follow these steps, you will have a useful scale that is important for your own safety. The usage of the razor is at your own risk! If you like it, I'll be looking forward to a [beer donation](https://paypal.me/ivmitev).
