Adjustable Phone/Tablet Dock
thingiverse
I needed a simple method to capture time-lapse videos of my 3D prints using my tablet, which also runs my printer, and lab procedures with my phone, all from challenging angles such as sharp downward or upward positions for unique shots. Assuming my printer can achieve decent tolerances, these two components should print separately and assemble together smoothly with a bit of applied pressure. I printed mine on a TAZ5 and the parts fit together perfectly. No support material was required (print each piece on its side), but your results may vary with the large circle on the top component. The three protruding rectangles on the top part are chamfered at 45 degrees, so they should be fine. This setup works better with smaller phones
