To create a pulley rack for adjustable outhaul retrofit, use "Tool 1 boom end" as a male mold to fabricate the pulley inner case. Next, employ "Tool 2 boom end" as dummy pulleys to mold the outer case. Due to a failed first attempt, I remade the parts using wood sticks instead of "Tool 2 boom end" for easier tooling removal. The full model was created for part design reference but is not scaled, as it was drawn away from home. It also includes an STL file for Chinook Clew washers to replace bulky stock washers with elegant 3D printed alternatives.
