Optical Enstop Hold for Z-Axis is designed for very easy and accurate adjustments. It fits LMK10UU and LMK10LUU, along with 10mm rails perfectly. SKP files are included for Sketchup, making it easy to modify them as per your requirements. All parts can be printed at once without any support using usual PLA; a maximum layer height of .25mm works best (any more won't work, and less is even better). The flag parts need to be flipped by 180 degrees in the X-Axis for printing without support, sorry about that – I'll fix it later. You'll need a spring, along with M3-Screws and nuts. Alternatively, you could use a second nut instead of a spring, but I haven't tested it yet, so it might get a bit wobbly. For the adjustment screw and flag parts, I've made versions for M3, M5, and M6 screws. I've also created a knob for M3 screws; often, screws with knurled knobs are hard to find in M3.
