Adjustable Nerf laser sight
thingiverse
This laser sight mount is designed specifically for keychain lasers that won't break the bank. You'll need to supply four screws, one of which will activate the power button and three more to calibrate the laser beam accurately. The design allows you to customize it with your preferred dimensions. The keychain lasers are a bit tricky to align due to their tendency to be off by as much as 8 inches at just 6 feet away. To adjust them properly, you'll need to use the adjustment screws. To fine-tune the alignment, I recommend using my collimator: simply place the laser inside the sight mount and turn it upside down in the vee-shaped holes of the collimator. While shining it at a target several meters away, rotate the mount until the spot remains relatively stable when you adjust the adjustment screws - how precise you want to get is up to you. Print Settings Printer: XYZ DaVinci 1.0a with Repetier Supports: No Resolution: 0.35 Infill: 20% Notes: I strongly advise using a brim for optimal results.
