Adjustable Mobius Mount for Tricopter

<p>This is a remix of Prax's adjustable mobius mount for KipK's tricopter design (brocopter). It allows the angle the mobius camera to be adjust while still keeping it isolated from vibration. No modifications are needed to the brocopter. Just replace the original with this assembled mount.</p> <p>This could easily be used for other multirotors as well as long as the spacing of the 10mm vibration dampers is the same.</p> <p>I've flown this on my tricopter and it works great. The angle holds even during aggressive maneuvers. Being able to angle the camera down slightly really helps for taking aerial stills, but I can easily angle it up for high speed proximity flights. Hope this works well for you as well!</p> <h3>Instructions</h3> <p>Print all three pieces. The mobius tray will need to be acetone welded or super glued to the hing piece. Just stick the flat sides together. Make sure the "latches" that hold the mobius into the tray are extended beyond the front edge of the hinge piece.</p> <p>Use M3 screws to attach the hinge piece to the base mount. Set to the desired angle, tighten the screws, and enjoy!</p> Category: R/C Vehicles
