Adjustable Mini Quad Runcam Mount (GoPro style Mount)

Runcam 2 Mount Based on SnappyFPV's Runcam 2 Diatone Crusader Design The Runcam 2 mount was created using the design principles of SnappyFPV's Runcam 2 Diatone Crusader mount. This new mount is specifically made to work with the GoPro mounting system, requiring the use of a GoPro bolt and nut, preferably the shorter type with a handle for easier installation. The base of the mount was custom-designed to fit on my own one-of-a-kind quadcopter, the CQ MK3. I have included the .skp Sketchup files so you can modify them to match your specific needs if necessary. Alternatively, the camera mount section itself will fit onto any GoPro mount. For optimal results, it is recommended to print the top part of the mount with a flexible material and the bottom part with a rigid one. I used Taulman Nylon 910 for my prints, which worked perfectly. To accommodate the Runcam 2, you will need to carefully cut one of the pillars next to the camera lens, as shown in the picture above. When printing, place the mount sideways and the base upside down. You can use any infill pattern you prefer, but keep in mind that a denser infill will provide more strength at the expense of weight. Given the exceptional durability of Taulman Nylon 910, mini-quad enthusiasts may opt for lower infill settings if they prioritize strength over weight.
