I got tired of the self-leveling system relying on metal to sense its position. To avoid replacing the sensor, I opted to modify the original Z-stop switch instead. After redesigning pilsson's Z-endstop to work with my Migbot, I shared a Sketchup drawing for those who want to adapt this solution to their own printer.
