An uninterrupted or shutoff pressure switch, activated by rubber membrane seal deformation due to pressure alterations, is designed. With tooling core inserts, numerous inlet locations can be produced from a single tool. The internal air path's layout allows for the same inner core block usage. The pressure switch adjustment occurs via a side screw; loosening or tightening it alters the sensor plate's position inside. The sensor plate's shape results in varying separation distance with the activation pin. In the always-on mode, a set negative pressure is sensed when the activation pin remains in contact with the sensor plate until sufficient negative pressure separates them. Conversely, the always-off mode detects positive pressure as the activation pin doesn't connect to the sensor plate until pressurization forces it onto the sensor.
