Adjustable lock for ClickLock Building System
thingiverse
I really like daandruff's ClickLock system - it's much easier to print and clean up the prints compared to OpenLock, and it doesn't waste nearly as much time or plastic on the base. However, I needed to print a lot of locking bars, and I found the tolerances on the stock system were just too tight. So, I took some measurements and created a quick scad model that is all parametric, and it prints 3 stacks of 10 locks each. Support is necessary, and this STL is set for 0.25 mm, leaving a gap. I suggest using "line" support at around 10-12%, but keeping the thickness of the support to a minimum. The scad file is parametric: you can adjust the length of the locking bar, its height, thickness, and the diameter of the locking cylinders. The defaults provided are a bit loose. I recommend playing with the size and spacing to work for your printer: look at the gcode preview and make sure there is a little bit of support between each part. For me, I just found this was easier than tuning in my printer more carefully.
