Adjustable Leg Leveler

I needed to elevate office partitions beyond what standard leveling feet could achieve. My solution involved fabricating extenders from EMT conduit sections, each fitted with a welded nut at both ends. Instead of utilizing the original levelers, which were grimy and bent, I designed new ones using a 3D printed part combined with bolts, nuts, and washers. To create each leveler, you will require: (1) A 3/8" x 2.5" bolt (2) Two 3/8" washers (2) Two 3/8" nuts The legs are comprised of 1/2" EMT conduit, with a 3/8" nut welded into each end. Following my friend's welding of the nuts, I cleaned them with acetone and coated them with gray paint. Print Settings: Printer: Raise3D N2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .25mm layers Infill: 24% Notes: Printed upside down to circumvent support requirements, using gray eSUN PLA PRO material. The hot end temperature was set at 195ºC, while the PEI build surface was heated to 60ºC. The print exhibited a slight overextrusion.
