Adjustable hooks (with zip-tie holes)

A simple, adjustable hook that serves multiple purposes, based on the great design Relentless (see remix source files). This remix extends a couple areas of the model to provide better results when printing below 1.0 scale. I also removed the branding in order to save on filament (sorry...) & added a couple guide holes to allow makers to thread a zip-tie to mount cables.
