Adjustable Gundam Stand

With a 3D printer, creating a Gundam Stand with variable angle is simple and effortless. Unfortunately, this model appears to be unavailable on Thingiverse. This design is specifically crafted to enable easy adjustment of both the stand's length and its angle. Furthermore, I aimed to minimize the number of required screws to make assembly easier. A mere two pieces of M3 1cm screw are needed: one for trapping the arm to its base and another for securing the top to the extender. Multiple versions of the Top module, tailored to accommodate various Gundam models, are in development and will soon be uploaded. By making some adjustments to its size, this base can support incredibly low angles without collapsing and offers better results for Action postures. Oct 31, 2014 Update: The latest version of the ARM part (V4.1) includes a stopper structure that prevents the Holder part from sliding downwards. This addition aims to improve stability and overall performance. Oct 29, 2014 Update: A brand new "Holder" Part has been created for enhanced support by pressing the arm and extender together. Simultaneously, the Stand part's design was tweaked so that all holes now face vertically for increased efficiency in assembly. Instructions ------------------- To print this model accurately: 1. Use a PLA filament with a 0.1mm layer height. 2. Set infill at 100% for the Holder Part and 20% for other components. 3. Take note that the Extender and Stand parts feature 2.5mm holes, suitable for using screw traps or tapping screws to secure components in place.
