To install: insert a hex nut into the nut trap within the tensioner, then drive an M3 screw through this nut. Secure an additional nut onto the end of the screw; if desired, apply adhesive to fasten it in place, as its purpose is to distribute pressure evenly across a wider area of the belt than would be achieved by the screw alone. I implement this solution on my X-Axis of a Wanhao i3 v2 printer. However, note that on certain printers, it may obstruct critical components and prove unusable. Acknowledging the necessity for thorough cleaning of the bearing block on my i3.
